I no longer have sound on my Macbook. I just installed Windows Vista through Boot Camp. But it seems like I did have sound after that, not certain. I can hear nothing, videos, the speech reading, the startup sounds, nothing. I've checked the sound in apps. All looks good as far as I can tell. Windows part has no sound either. I need sound!

We have a really big bathroom, and there is a little like shelf space, that is kind of in an indented part of the wall, and thats where my computer was. Ok, I have a black macbook from about a year ago, and I don't know when this started, but there is this weird whine coming from it. The weird part of it is that it stops when a button on the keyboard is being pushed, and when I am scrolling. Only scrolling, with two fingers, never when just moving the mouse or clicking. I think there's a new Intel processor called Penryn, and some information says that it will be incorporated to the Macbook Pro after Leopard. I'm planning to get an MBP just after Leopard's release so I'm worried if I buy it, there's already a new and faster processor coming in just a few weeks.
